"Amanda Pitches Against Olympic Team USA" 
"Central Park to Syndney" Tour Amanda Noe (pitcher for the Texas Vipers Gold), age 17, pitched against the USA Softball Women's National Team (Olympic Team) at Killeen, Texas on August 3, 2000 at Ft. Hood. This was one of the many games the Team USA played before winning the Gold in Syndney, Australia. 
"Texas Vipers vs Team USA" What a thrill to have the opportunity to play against this team ... and the Texas Vipers had that chance. They lost the game but won also by getting the chance to meet such players as Lisa Fernandez, Dr. Dot Richardson and so many more. They had fun, got to mingle with the Team USA players and also received signed softballs for memorabilia. This will be something Amanda and her team can remember and tell their children.
